FDA just doesn’t go after MLM Industry- Celebrities Matter too

The FDA goes after people that make claims without proper disclaimers and disclosures.
It’s not just in MLM. Here’s an example of drugs.

In this example of Kim Kardashian flashed a picture on instagram… if it were a tweet, it might one tweet about the drug, 640 tweets of disclaimers.

The FDA is pretty consistent on this.  Lesson learned.
